A closer look
Villa Lushara brings the ocean and mountains into view from an elevated position in Camps Bay. The main living level opens onto a broad terrace with a private pool, outdoor lounge, dining area and gas braai—an easy setting for unhurried afternoons and sunset meals.
Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge are arranged for sociable group stays. A wood-burning fireplace adds warmth on cooler evenings, while the fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry facilities and uncapped fibre Wi-Fi make longer visits practical.
The villa accommodates up to ten guests across five en-suite bedrooms. Four bedrooms have king beds that can be configured as twins, while the lower-level fifth bedroom has a queen bed. Each suite is air-conditioned and the home includes a digital safe, alarm linked to armed response and secure gated parking.
Camps Bay Beach, restaurants and cafés are within easy reach, while the villa’s garden, pool and outlook offer a private base above the neighbourhood. Weekday housekeeping is included, with additional service available by arrangement.
