1. About Lekker Cape Town
Lekker Cape Town is a South African luxury accommodation brokerage and villa advisory service. We help guests identify suitable accommodation and coordinate enquiries with property owners, managers and other suppliers.
2. Enquiries and availability
Property availability, suitability and final booking details must be confirmed in writing. Sending an enquiry, receiving a shortlist or discussing a property does not reserve that property. We will not knowingly invent availability, pricing or property information.
3. Property information
We take reasonable care when presenting property descriptions and images supplied by owners, managers or other authorised sources. Details may change and should be confirmed before booking. Images are illustrative of the property but cannot guarantee an identical view, condition or experience at the time of a stay.
4. Prices and currency
Unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing, prices shown or discussed are not a final quotation. The applicable currency, rate, taxes, fees, inclusions and exclusions will be stated in the written quotation or booking terms supplied for the selected property. Where a rate has not been approved, the website displays “Price on request”.
5. Booking, payment and confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once the guest has accepted the property-specific booking terms and any required payment has been received and acknowledged in writing. Payment schedules, deposits and final balances differ between properties and will be provided before payment is requested.
Where card payment is offered, it may be processed by PayGate using supported payment methods such as Visa or Mastercard. Card details are entered through the payment provider’s secure service and are not collected through this website’s enquiry forms.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, amendment, refund and no-show rules differ between properties and suppliers. The rules that apply to a booking will be supplied in writing before the booking is confirmed. Guests should review and accept those specific rules before making payment. No general cancellation promise on this website overrides the written terms supplied for a particular booking.
7. Guest responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate information, comply with the confirmed occupancy limits and property rules, and use the accommodation responsibly. The lead guest may be responsible for the conduct of the group and for loss or damage caused during the stay, as set out in the property-specific booking terms.
8. Concierge and third-party services
Concierge arrangements may be provided by independent suppliers. The supplier’s own availability, charges and terms may apply. We will explain the relevant arrangement before a service is confirmed.
9. Website use and intellectual property
Website content, branding and design may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Property photographs and descriptions may belong to Lekker Cape Town, property owners, managers or their licensors.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Lekker Cape Town is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by a third party, events outside reasonable control, or a guest’s failure to comply with confirmed booking or supplier terms.
11. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these website terms when our services or legal requirements change. The version published when an enquiry is made applies to that website use; confirmed bookings remain governed by the specific written terms accepted for that booking. These website terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
