The villa may be rented as a whole or as 3 separate apartments; the ground floor apartment, the studio and the penthouse. On the ground floor of the villa are two bedrooms, the first has a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, dressing room, TV and doors which lead out to the garden.
The second bedroom also offers a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, TV and doors which leads out to the garden. The designer kitchen is open plan and fully equipped with Miele and Bosch appliances. A spacious lounge is the perfect place to relax, with a gas fireplace for colder evenings as well as a TV with entertainment system to enjoy your favourite films.
A 12 meter Koi pond brings the outside in and helps create a soothing atmosphere. Outside is a pool deck as well as a patio with a barbecue. Also on the ground floor is a studio apartment.
It offers a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette, open plan lounge area and outside access to the garden. The first floor is the Penthouse suite. It offers 3 en-suite bedrooms, a designer kitchen with all the essentials, a large lounge with entertainment system, a dining area, a study area and a private wraparound swimming pool.

Explore the Camps Bay strip with its restaurants and bars or pack a towel and sun hat before heading down to the beach. The CBD is only a 10 minute drive as are many top tourist attractions, making this location really hard to beat.
