Tucked into a lush Camps Bay garden, River 42 is a characterful four-bedroom retreat shaped around nature. A stream winds through the grounds and beneath part of the house, while generous decks, a private pool and leafy outdoor spaces invite slow days in the sun.
Inside, open-plan living and dining spaces gather around a stone fireplace and flow into a well-equipped kitchen with a separate scullery and pantry. Each air-conditioned bedroom has a king XL bed, and the main suite opens to a balcony with partial ocean views. The beach is approximately a five-minute walk away, placing Camps Bay's shoreline within easy reach while preserving a calm, private setting.
The villa accommodates up to eight guests. Perimeter security cameras monitor the exterior only. Garage parking suits two small or medium vehicles, with one additional off-street space.
