Set directly on Glen Beach, Ivory Kai is a private elevated villa with uninterrupted views across the Atlantic Ocean and towards the Twelve Apostles. The main living spaces open onto a covered patio, landscaped terrace and private pool, creating an easy connection between the interiors and the beachside setting.
The villa accommodates up to ten guests in five en-suite bedrooms. Two first-floor suites include a sea-facing principal bedroom with a private balcony, while the ground-floor bedroom looks across the pool towards Glen Beach. Two further en-suite bedrooms are located on the lower level alongside a relaxed playroom and lounge.
Families and groups have space to gather around the dining table, settle into the ocean-facing lounge or spend the day outside beside the pool. A private gate connects the garden to the beach pathway, while the lower-level entertainment space includes board games and an Xbox.
The stay includes a personal butler, a private breakfast chef, daily housekeeping, laundry service and airport transfers. Ivory Kai is suited to guests looking for a personally supported Cape Town stay in a rare, direct beachfront position.
