Jade Views Studio is a compact, considered base for enjoying Sea Point on foot. Its private balcony looks across the city towards the mountain and includes outdoor seating and a gas barbecue, while the promenade, beaches, shops and restaurants are all close by.
Inside, a queen bed and en-suite shower room sit alongside a fitted kitchen, smart television and laptop-friendly workspace. Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer, lift access, generator-supported building services, one underground parking bay and access to shared co-working lounges add practical comfort.
Strict no-smoking, no-party and residential quiet-hour rules apply. Guest registration and verification are required before arrival.
