Perched on the slopes of Signal Hill, Green Point Grande is an expansive contemporary home with sweeping city, harbour and mountain views. Its upper level is shaped for entertaining, with generous lounge and dining spaces flowing through floor-to-ceiling doors to the pool terrace and outdoor dining area.
Five bedrooms are arranged across the main house, complemented by a separate-entry studio with its own kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. The versatile layout accommodates up to twelve guests, with air conditioning throughout, a television room, compact gym equipment, solar-backed electricity and secure garage parking for two cars.
