A closer look
Emerald Horizon is a bright, fully refurbished three-bedroom apartment on Mouille Point's Platinum Mile. Floor-to-ceiling glazing brings the ocean, Cape Town Stadium, Signal Hill and Lion's Head into the open-plan living spaces, which flow directly onto a generous covered balcony.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite shower room and balcony access. A second king bedroom also opens to the balcony and uses a separate shower room, while the double third bedroom is en suite. Ceiling and standing fans, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, laundry facilities, lift access and secure undercover parking provide practical comfort.
Green Point Urban Park, local restaurants and the V&A Waterfront are all within walking distance. Housekeeping is not included but can be arranged at additional cost.
