Bantry Alanda is a calm, contemporary apartment with partial sea and mountain views in one of Cape Town's most sought-after coastal neighbourhoods. The open-plan living and dining room leads directly to a private balcony with alfresco dining for six, while the fully fitted kitchen makes self-catering effortless.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed, air conditioning and an en-suite shower room. A queen bedroom and flexible twin bedroom share the second bathroom; the twin beds can be converted to a king on request. Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer and weekly housekeeping add practical comfort.
Important disclosure: construction is currently taking place in front of the property. Noise can vary from quiet to very loud, and the reduced rate reflects this. Only public on-street parking is available.
